Somebody should challenge him on them trying to push ACL into administration. It has clearly been proven by them taking the council to court - over a loan that as a tenant in fact gave them added security.

Its clear he doesn't have the authority to make announcements on behalf of the club.

That wasn't what I thought he insinuating.I thought it was more ccc through ACL challenging the administrator in court to keep getting delays in the process.

They haven't. They have fully cooperated according to the administrator on CWR a few weeks ago. Indeed he stated other 'stakeholders' were holding up progress
