I am going on Monday should anyone want to make themselves know to me ! I'll probably be the eldest year so more easily recognized. One burning question I will ask is :- Mr Fisher, you claim Holdings has a beneficial right to the Golden share. If this is true then Holdings can be assumed to have a beneficial right to the lease with ACL and is therefore responsible for the debt and all other liabilities. Holdings surely can't chose which is, or is not "a beneficial right" ? . Therfore, CCFC Ltd is not insolvent as claimed ?

With all due respect OSB, asking some of these would be a total waste of a question. It needs to be things that A) they haven't got a stock non-commital reply to (e.g. whereis the golden share) and B) force him to reveal information.

For me these questions are ponitless and give us no new information (likely answer in brackets):

What is the nature/trade/status of CCFC ltd and from when exactly (non-trading/property/etc. since forever - that's the party line)

why did TF sign off accounts and give information to the administrator he knows to be wrong (thats his responsibility not the auditors) (this will be ignored as it's an ad hominem attack. What info exactly do you want to ask about?

exactly how much has SISU put in to the company by "investment" or loan or "equity"(not interest or management charge or old debts not written off, or debts to old directors that are written off) - hard cash (answer given several times: @£45m)

How many meetings with ACL, Council, Charity, Yorkshire Bank, Football League, CBRE, other Local Authorities etc was Joy Seppalla involved in (not sure what the point of this is. She's not CEO Fisher is. Who attends means nothing)

Where is/was the Golden Share (this has been discussed to death)

Will the debt/investment owed to SISU continue to increase to finance the losses and new stadium (obviously the debt will increase while the club keeps borrowing money, the aim is a stable self-sustaining club)

What are the terms of the ARVO loan (confidential)

Has TF or JS ever invested any of their own money directly or indirectly in to CCFC (ie the SBS&L Group) in any way at any time and if so has it been repaid (I imagine a straight no. They'd invest via Sisu if at all (which I doubt, it's not how you tend to do business))

Why are they still here having achieved a football disaster on and off the pitch (another subjective, ad hominem. To be honest this kind of question is what I fear, it's designed to vent your frustrations not to elicit useful information. This is what Sisu rely on, lots of angry people asking fruitless questions)

There's only one question:

When are you and SISU leaving so we can rebuild our club?

Ask them how many years it will be before SISU recoup their investment and what level of debt will the club have after building a new stadium & playing out of Coventry to reduced crowds while it is being built.

I was the person who asked about the accounts last night. Please be aware that the last accounts for holdings (may 2011) show the ricoh lease as being the responsibility of holdings as a "non-cancellable operating lease commitment" and the £500k in the escrow account is shown as an asset. Obviously both Tim (who signed the accounts) and the auditors (who were obliged to check) must believe that the lease rests with holdings and not Ltd? Presumably holdings will still be liable for the rent due under the non-cancellable lease whether they occupy it or not?

More smoke and mirrors!

kmj5000, when asked about the holdings lease the answer was along the grounds of that is a lease for office space etc. i.e. the pitch rental is a different contract & that is with CCFC Ltd.

Also Holdings registered office is still ...
COVENTRY CITY FOOTBALL CLUB (HOLDINGS) LIMITED
RICOH ARENA
PHOENIX WAY FOLESHILL
COVENTRY
CV6 6GE
Company No. 00094305

The lease obligation is shown at £1.3m in holdings (just for the offices!?) and the escrow account is in there. There is no mention of a lease commitment in the accounts of Ltd.

I note what you say about the registered office but given SISU's track record with the submission of documents to Companies House, that may not mean anything?

No you're just forgetting the flip Flop that's going on,.What one Company was is now the other due to Ineptitude of previous boards ,history and the FL, nothing convenient about that at all
of course ,or Illegal or questionable.
