He certainly did so 22 years ago. At Gap. Rugby UK Hq for a short time. He was as an agency associate for Sanderson Recruitment. Surely he’s hung up his steel to caps?

Terry Gibson. Freelance football commentator. Mainly the Spanish leagues.

Paul Telfer played 9 seasons in the Premier league, and still has to work!

That just shows how financially the game has changed since his day, Even average players at poor Premier league clubs are financially set up for life after a couple of seasons.

He’ll do it part time to keep himself busy.

I know a few ex pros from the nineties who played at the beginning of the Premier League era. One had a career like Telfs and doesn’t really need to work but does because of boredom.

The other played for Everton for 2 seasons and has to work but again only part time.

Both have bloody amazing PFA pensions which they had to contribute a lot to during their playing careers. They dip into their pensions all the time and both have property too.

So no way Telf has to work.

I wonder what David Icke has been up to since retiring. He always seemed like a levelled-headed chap.

Made it until 3 minutes in. Couldn’t understand a single word. Thought I had it on the wrong speed.

David Icke lived on the Isle of Wight when I used to live there. Often seen him walking around, not really up to much.
