What formation DO YOU think Robins will play and who would you start?

I think Robins is a 4-2-3-1 man, which I think is good, better than 4-4-2, but I do still think we should retain the diamond (although chances are we won't) so I would say, I'd play it like this:

Murph
Clarke Malaga Wood Hussey
Jennings Barton
McGoldrick Fleck Baker
Cody

Mcdonald doesn't have the attributes to play a lone role imo

---------Murphy
Clarke--Malaga--Wood--Hussey
-------Thomas---Jennings
-???----------Fleck--------???
-------------Mcgoldrick

Need two loans for the two spaces and a loan to challenge/replace Hussey

I wonder if Robins will appoint his own captain now he has came in or if he will stick with Kilbane

Kilbane is the logical man, but I don't think it should mean he plays 100% of the time.

1 loan I think - realistically, MAYBE 2, then that's it.

I would drop Wood & Murphy for the shocking defending last night.

Think we need to go 4-3-3 now Fleck is back .Get Cameron back as soon as possible alongside Malaga who seems to have disappeared.Would try Kilbane at left back and a front 3 of Sheff,Cody and McGoldrick

Agree with Martin180 - a front 3 of Sheff, Cody and McGoldrick (possibly replacing Sheff with Fleck) should score more than enough in this league.

I agree with this, exactly my thoughts on where we need players. Also, if Robins wants his own captain who does everyone think it should be? My choice... Jennings I think.

Martin that's exactly what I've been saying. Great minds think alike lol

I'd have it like this:

----------------------------Murphy----------------------------
---Clarke---------Malaga---Wood/Edj/Cameron------Hussey/Kilbane
---Barton-------------------Fleck------------------------Jennings
---McGoldrick------------Cody/Elliot------------------Macca
