And Runar Normann (beat me to it, Lord Nampil)

We also had another Swedish player, Richard Spong, in the youth team in the late '90s. He looked like he would go on to a promising future and then had a knee injury.

I think he still forged a career as a player in Sweden.

Has nobody mentioned Isaias yet, or Cazarine (although he only played in a friendly)?

And the lad from Bolton who had the dodgy ticker. Signed by Dowie?

Fadiga! He had heart problems and still impressively managed to forge a decent football career. I think he is the last Coventry City player to score a world cup goal abeit he wasn't here at the time).

Germany anyone? I can only think of Dietmar Bruck and I'm not sure he even count's given he's spent almost his entire life in Coventry. Did he ever get capped for Germany?

It's no wonder when Richardon left we masses of debt with a lot of this rubbish on here, but I bet Richardson had lots of air miles and some very rich friendly agents.

Well he was investigated by the DTI for an association with an agent in Eastern Europe I believe.

I am shocked it was only one, he would have been a man who loved an undisclosed fee. How many did we sign from Eastern Europe I can only think of one Evutoshok and maybe the special deal to sign Jarni

Well that was I believe the point. The allegation was the agent received a large fee every year for finding talent. However when questioned he said he had never heard of Coventry City. What truth was behind these allegations I cannot say.

if on his death bed he wrote his autobiography it would be a top seller, as some interesting stuff happened around the start of the Ricoh and before. He is a dreadful person I met him when he was selling Phil Babb and asked him a question and when he looked at me I thought I had fell out of his arse.

Can only think of two Australians who played for the first team - John Aloisi and Danny Ireland. Tynan Scope's Australian but I don't think he ever played.

Oh hang on, we once loaned Jamie McMaster for some reason.

Isn't Phillips a dual national? Either way he's classed as Welsh by FIFA so that's how we should judge it. Same situation with Hargreaves.
