Amongst other things, it says that businesses shouldn't respond to repeated failure by giving people the bullet. If you use the analogy of Fisher at Darth Vader, The Emperor as Joy and AT as a hapless Imperial commander, you will kind of understand what this article is getting at...

I one the other hand did and can reveal after careful consideration that I have never read such a load of bollocks in all my life

Interesting stuff. The reason for our recent demise goes way above the manager's head; something any City fan with sense appreciates.

The bit on people learning and adapting and patience being required is also very true of our new team. Let's not forget that this is a team that's had its spine ripped out and is starting again; the impatience of many of our fans before the season has even started doesn't bode well.

It is very likely that we'll struggle to get promoted this season. Something a few are going to have accept.
