Going by the media prediction you get on the club info screen, it's at least a top 10 side when you start. Attendances don't shoot up massively, it's only hitting the Premier League that has seen my season ticket sales go from around 7000 to 29000.

These are my average attendances alongside league placing to get an idea:

Playing Jackson as a lone forward, he scored around 120 league goals in about 200 and could have been the all-time record holder if I'd stayed around League One longer and he didn't need to be replaced.

I'm 3 games in to first season. got rid of Mcquoid and Coulibaly. Have Man U as my parent team and signed Will Keane.

Just been taken over by a consortium, and apparently Gary Mcallister might replace me  #

But beat Bradford 1-2, Wolves 0-2 and Sheff UTD 1-0. So fighting for my job

Survived the takeover

Beat Sunderland on pens in the 2nd round COC, and have only lost to Swindon so far.

Hopefully my promise to Fleck for promotion comes true.....

The badges for Prem teams etc is a bit poor IMO.

Don't see why they use some teams badges and not others.

Very pro evo :thinking about:

Had a go at Leamington. That's... hard.

Midtable in the Conference was as good as it got!

So then tried Valencia. Easy to beat everyone bar Barcelona and Real. Got bored waiting for Messi to retire.

Now trying Huddersfield. Wells got 47(!) league goals to get us a surprise promotion then bogged off to Liverpool for £12mil. Next season we somehow stayed up and won the League Cup.

Helpful hint, get Everton as your senior affiliate, plenty of decent players.

Oh, and how could I forget I tried a game as CCFC. We won our first game 3-0 before a consortium led by Adam Pearson took over... and replaced me with Gary Megson:facepalm:

One whole game!

I'm halfway through my first season as CCFC, midtable, had no money for transfers or wages, a consortium then took over, kept me on as a manager but gave me no additional money - they won't let me increase the wage bill or pay any transfers, I need to sell before I can recruit. Typical. Managed to get Louis Baker on loan, no fee and no contribution towards wages.

City have the biggest transfer fee paid out, thanks SISU , more interestingly, Nuneaton have the 18th biggest stadium in England!

A few amusing comments underneath the piece too #bants

I especially like how 500,000+ people pack out certain grounds. Now that *would* stretch parking restrictions!

City's rise in the 2030's and 40's is purely down to Pressley's "winning mentality" he instilled into the players all them years before, he laid the "foundation" if you will.

....washing cars, cleaning boots, checking each others piss, etc.

Really looking forward to FM16. I hardly played 15 in the end. The starting at sixfields, just put me off.

Will definitely get into 16 more though

Any news on cheapest places to buy it?

CDKeys, £23 for the download if you're fine to wait until the 13th and not bother with the beta.

I bought it and signed Alessandro Del Piero. I have no idea how he'll fit in with the team, but it's Del Piero. Shirt sales alone.

To be honest, it's either my waning attention span or the fickle Sky Blue blood in my veins, but I can NEVER stay interested in a FM season...I end up getting 10-12 games in and the itch starts.

I'll give FM15 a go, but the sheer magnitude of getting my Sky Blues into the Prem' makes my head itch with frustration.

'The itch', as in, to restart a game out of boredom. Besides, I rarely get the free time to immerse myself in any game these days.

If I were a manager, I'd be Kevin fookin' Keegan, lad. lol

I have this problem too. I'll get so far, and be like "if I sign them at the start...." or something, and just restart. Never get anywhere

Yep that's the one, haha, 'ooh if I had him at the start...fuggit, restart'. I'm the same with Pro Evo too, even though I've edited Cov' into the Championship, got the kits spot on and created the likes of Arma, Vincelot and the rest to go on the playing staff.

"Hmm, Vincelot's beard is the wrong colour...fuggit, restart".

How is everyone getting beta access? Do you have to order it from a specific place? I've pte ordered mine, but I'm sort of expecting a beta code or something?

I think if you get it from ShopTo you get Beta, it depends where you buy it!

Shameless link for others - http://www.finditforless.co.uk/search/football-manager-2016

I found out that it's only if you buy a digital copy! It's alright for people with a fast internet speed, but like me my speed is pretty poor as I cannot get fibre! I'm sure they used to provide a beta code for hard copies aswell!!

Just started this today, looks decent so far. My only query is i'm certain a Cov fan is tasked to scout and provide stats and potential reports in order to make the stats for this game, so how on earth did they set up Bassala Sambou as a CB with 7 acceleration and 9 pace???

I think physical attributes usually start low as they change more drastically as a young player leaves their teens. On mine he's around 15 pace now.

First season, predicted 11th in League One, went up as champs

Second season, predicted 24th in the Championship, finished third and went up via playoffs

Third season, predicted 20th in Premier League and started in that form before rallying, currently 7th in New Year:

And most importantly MAKING YOU ALL SMILE

Any one with FM16, do you know if you buy the game via DVD Disc, is there still a code you can put into steam and get the game downloaded? My laptop doesn't have a DVD Drive, and I don't have a portable one, and the online version costs almost double the £20 I have found the disc version for (thanks FindItForLess - don't have an account so doubt it helps you but it's helped me find it, well for less than anywhere else ha)
