Going into liquidation; 15 point deduction at least - we'll just make it ten
Fit and Proper person test - we don't have power to say who can and can't own a club
An offer to stay at your 'home' ground in Cov that would need more negotiation - it's ok, we'll let you play in Northampton providing a 'get out' for having to enter any talks
£1m bond to play outside city boundaries - pay it later
