Rather than sorting our the rules on ownership they are putting their efforts to ensuring abuse on social media is brought under control. Phew they know how to prioritise their efforts

I think the saying is " get your own house in order first "
Probably trying to deflect the government warnings towards fan initiatives as opposed sorting out the clubs themselves !!!!
