Murphy frustrating again. Fleetwood defending very deep and in numbers, so he really needs to try and get round the back. He's being very predictable and keeps either trying to put balls in, or shoot from pretty much the same position.

He has the ability to outsmart the full back, so I do think he needs to try and get past him.

He also has loads of pace but is seemingly slowing things down at times.

Passing is also shocking at times. Stephens has looked very good at the back, but that's about it, apart from Stokes.

Madders is v poor today. Whole team lethargic and fleetwood have created a few half chances. I still think our defence is weak and fleetwoods quick breaks have exposed us down both flanks.

Murphy's issue is that their LB matches him for pace, which is his usual route past defenders. Plus, in fairness to him, he's had the ball more than most of our players and each time he's had limited options.

Two changes I called at HT need to happen now IMO

Murphy off for Lameires and Rose for Vince.
