Sparks some debate, I personally think he is a good player who doesn't necessarily get the credit he deserves sometime, I think he good be class player for us.

Tops the assists league in the league with 5, 2nd is Baker with 3.

Slot him at AMC and he could do even better. Don't get me wrong, hasn't been all that great, but has talent and in the right conditions, can grow rapidly as a player.

EDIT: see for yourself on http://www.football-league.co.uk/page/Assists/0,,10794~201210269~25,00.html

I think hes a quality player who is lacking match fitness. Unfortunately, we may have seen this before with a certain Thornton. We can only hope he can work on his fitness and theres no doubt he is a class player and one we really could build our team around.

I really rate him and can see why he was heralded at such a young age. The trouble is, he is unfit, although I suppose it's understandable as he's been playing in the SPL so basically lives on cholesterol.

I like him makes good runs but alot of the time the player with the ball isn't as on the ball as him. Also why are players unfit when it is nearly December they train every week day I just think that is used as an easy excuse

He's intelligent on and off the ball. Don't think we have players on the same wavelength as him

I think they mean match fitness. Completely different to normal fitness. Match fitness includes sharpness, concentration and composure. Which you can't gain on the training pitch.

Moussa is playing well at the moment in the attacking midfield role and Fleck is too slow on the wing. I am content with the current team that played the last 3 to keep there places for the time being

I get that but you carnt get match fit if you don't play at all.

Agreed. But at the minute, the team is playing well. Maybe he should be coming on last 15-20 mins for the time being?

We can't play everyone at ACM - Moussa has looked really threatening there, others want Barton there, and some would say that's bakers best position. Fleck has got good technique but has he got the mobility to make runs in behind DMc, get in the box, etc? I don't think so. There's more to ACM than just 'spotting a pass'

Most of his assists have come from set pieces. He also disappears for large chunks of games.

It will go one of two ways with Fleck, either he fulfils his potential and goes onto play in the pl and for the Scottish national team or the Kevin Thornton 'I'll have another pint' route. Like so many, he needs regular games to be able to produce his best. It's like Bostock and Zaha at palace, one went to spurs after a handful of games and the other got three seasons in the championship under his belt, who is the better player now...

I think Moussa should be shifted out wide. As you say, most of his assists have come from set pieces, which means we have a set piece specialist which will bring Edj, Wood into the game from set pieces, also, he's the only dead ball deliverer rate!

Some of you may remember what my eldest lad said about Fleck. Decent enough player but has as many bad games as good. Can go through games with you hardly noticing he is playing but suddenly does something good. Not seen or heard of anything about him to change my mind about him.He could get better with age and experience though.

Lets be honest xbout Fleck isn't good enough who is out of those 9 brought in last summer ? Fleck might develop in the future we will have to see on that score but at the moment he simply ain't up to

Only Edge at the moment. I'm struggling to remember the other 8. Our upturn in form has coincided with the loan and free players Robins has brought in.

I am not bothered about what people say about Jennings. Have taken a bit of stick on saying he is a decent player. Lad said he starts the season slowly but gets better. He started to come good then got injured. Now he is back he is getting better again. Breaks down play and keeps it simple. Type of player that keeps it simple and can go unnoticed. Spoke to a few Motherwell fans the day he signed. All said about the same. Not all the new players are as bad as is said.

Ah, yeah I rate Jennings to be fair. He seems to be coming good.

Fleck has had a few moments of decent play but they are too infrequent for me. He's a bit of a one speed wiper and if it wasn't for his bulk would be largely anonymous. The team seems better without him at the moment so I don't see a reason to bring him back in to the starting line up.
