Played over 90 games for us (but only 4 goals 1 of which was a pen) always looks like he is on the verge of being a very special player but ultimately doesn't seem to have developed and at 23 years old don't think he is destined for great things.

Today he was ok a good shot well saved but on the whole did little creatively from central midfield and IMO plays too deep.
Unlikely to sign a new contract but not too sure he will be much of a loss, 4 goals is a poor strike rate and not sure he has developed his defensive game to pay that role in central midfield, Frustrating as he can look so good but think he has underdelivered.

No can't be as he is still here, if he was these fools would have sold him long ago, will leave in the summer on a free.

he will be gone FOC in the summer. Will head to a better team than us and as a result will look a better player...

In my opinion he looks overweight and hence a result looked slower and less good today. May just be me but definitely looks overweight to me.

how often was he dispossessed today did he dictate the game ? If a team had come in with increased wages he would have asked to go not sure he is in demand

Was very poor today. I like him, but fear he's turning out a bit like Christie this season; running down his contract and his heart isn't at CCFC.

he was ok today???????? he was shite today, constantly gave the ball away, created nothing going forward, lost nearly every tackle, slowed the game down every time he got the ball. Was one of our worst performers today. Seems to be undroppable in Pressley's eyes.

He can go in January for me. We're so predictable when he plays, it must be written in everyones contract that they must pass to him at every opportunity even if theres better options. Both of walsalls centre mids looked better players than fleck today.

Dissapointed in fleck so far this season , his decision making sometimes is questionable and for a man whose best ability appears to be his passing , he sure doesnt do it that well .
ythat being said i believe with a leader in the middle with him , a good old head to help him improve would do fleck the world of good .
he will probably leave ccfc in the next year or so , and my guess is he will play a hell of alot better elsewhere than he does here

I think many fans view him as a great prospect but at 23 hasn't lived up to these expectations, do agree that he seems to be undroppable, think I'd rather see JOB in central midfield and Swanson given a game

Been terrible all season, as has most of the midfield to be fair. Drop him and put Barton back in.

Fleck has a slow start and then comes into games in the second half which seems to accompany the teams improvement. His movement off the ball is good, but he needs help around him to get the best from him.

Funnily enough while watching the game today I was thinking the same thing. He's pretty poor, his passes very rarely reach their target and he always seems to lose the ball when he's "bursting forward". Who else is there though?

Technically one of our best players just not quite delivering the goods - would not have Finch in first xi either though in centre.

Would like us to line up like this next game. (4-4-2)

Allsopp GK
Pennington RB
Haynes LB
Webster CB
Martin CB
Swanson LM
Jim O'Brien CM (Freedom to Attack)
Thomas CM (Holding)
Maddison RM
Nouble CF
Madine CF

Subs: Burge, Johnson, Finch, Fleck, Jackson, Barton

Would not touch centre back partnership as two clean sheets though in long run would like Johnson back in centre back
Thomas most controversial but have seen him play that holding role very well in past, Allsopp has come in with better attitude why not Thomas
Maddison on right would excite me he would go forward but realise bit of risk but subs would be able to come on if going badly
JOB in middle bursting forward would add more to central mid dynamic.

Having said all that fully expect next team will look nothing like this!!
