Coventry fans,

Written up some thoughts ahead of your game against Sheffield United - http://www.TheFootbalLab.co.uk/2016/coventry-v-sheff-utd-flailing-big-hitters/

Would be interested to get your thoughts on Jodi Jones' development. When I saw you against Colchester he looked like your only half-decent player - reckon he'll become a first team regular?

Cheers and good luck for next season.

You wouldn't class Adam Armstrong as a success?

He's not said that, has he?

Armstrong has struggled for half of his time here, I'm not writing him off by any means but it is a fact.

He became less effective when he started getting roughed up more.............. or at least those who used to pass to him did ! If nothing else we need some steel in the team next season.

Not in so many words & indeed he has tailed off quite a bit but stating;

"The club have made 10 loan signings since the start of the season, though Jodi Jones was brought in in March with a view to a permanent deal. Indeed, Jones is one of the few who could be deemed successful, centre-back Jack Stephens perhaps the pick of the rest."

Stating that Jodi Jones & Jack Stephens (1 month & 3 months with us respectively) have been more successful is way off the mark.

Sorry, I hadn't read the article. I thought you were just on about his post on here. Yes, the article does sound off the mark. Jacob Murphy has been generally successful, Turner was too in all respects apart from the unfortunate injury!

Murphy has had about 30 bad games.

That should not be regarded as a success.
