If we are in the top 6 with 8 games to go we could take huge numbers to MK again

Just looking through the fixtures and have noticed that we have Oxford United Home on 18th October (matchday 14) , and Away November 19th (Matchday 18)It was my understanding you had to play every team once before the reverse fixture?

Just looking at the teams on that list saddens me.

Hope we can maintain a decent challenge this season. Top six should be minimum but .................

I work in London regularly so I'll be trying to sort a trip down there. Ideally in Kingston as we work with an organisation down there.

Two of us are happy them - I know a couple of mates of mine who live in Southampton will be up for this, so there's x4. That's enough for a pre match beer and a game of cribbage if your are up for it!

I would have preferred Pompey away. A quick 30 minute ferry journey for me.

Yes but that one makes sense? I don't know why you have bought that up? I'm saying you are meant to play all 23 teams before you play the reverse fixture. Bolton we have matchday 19 and then 25, so that makes sense.

Also just seen this online 'Around the Christmas period, if you are at home on Boxing Day you will be away on New Year's Day or the equivalent date and we will also try to maintain a Saturday home-away sequence throughout the season wherever possible.' from the FA site, disappointing that we don't have a fixture on boxing day or new years eve

But it is the coldest ground on earth well the old ground was.
Up for this one have not been to the new ground yet.

Northampton at home will be the first game for me this season. Still, I'll be on the beach, eating and drinking to much. Every cloud...

Was that the ground with a big shopping centre in one corner?

Yes, a supermarket taking up half the terraced end, built I think to alleviate financial problems at BWFC . Burnden Park was very similar to other grounds in the north west at the time such as Deepdale, Bloomfield Road, Ewood Park and Turf Moor - all delapidated and in urgent need of redevelopment.

The new ground is in Horwich and very close to the M61, fond memories of our 5-1 win some years ago and don't remember the cold that day too much!

Don't thinkers set up yet. When I clicked the link earlier it was telling me to twister for an email prompt when it's available. Haven't bothered though since I registered to get the fixtures at 9am this morning and didn't get the email til gone 9.30, by which time is already seen them elsewhere!

If Baker scores in the cup game, will he be applauded like Sheffrey was?
