The FL Chairman commented at their dinner-bash about CCFC (& others') plight. In his statement he said the following...“The problem with the Fit and Proper Person (owners’) Test is it requires people to have done things that are seen as wrong or illegal or unethical."
Now call me old-fashioned...has he actually looked up the meaning of "unethical"? If not I would advise him to do so, & then apply it it to our situation & consider his own organisation's actions.
