I think we all heard him say something like
'I haven't taken a single penny from the club',
I have also seen someone say that there are £300k in pension contributions showing in the last accounts.

Could it be possible that he hasnt taken anything from the club YET, but is simply adding hundreds of thousand each year to a pension that will mature when he leaves/resigns or the club is sold?

Would fit in with his tactics of not outright lying but having an element of truth buried somewhere in what he says.

There is obviously a reason for him being here , he has to have a financial interest somewhere and I doubt he is silly enough to work somewhere that is pretty much damaging his reputation , for free

1. Even if he was on 2-300k per year he could go and earn more elsewhere despite his performance at the club. Sure he's got plenty of mates that'll get him through the right doors.
2. He no doubt earns a decent wedge from his roles at the other organisations he's involved with.
3. He could probably retire now, be mortgage free and still live very comfortably for the rest of his life without ever earning another penny.

Given the three points above you've got to ask why is he still here? It's not worth taking all the (justifiable) shit he takes. If I was in his position I'd rather sit at home or on a beach than earn the relatively small amount (if anything at all) and be called a wanker by several thousand people in unison once or twice a week.

He must either enjoy the stick and the limelight or have another reason to hang around.

Henry Ford the car manufacturer once said "don't pay me a salary, just give me expenses". Is TF following this maxim?

I'm not sure what his spin is here but he's obviously not doing it for free, he's getting some sort of financial payment.

A free ST, pie and a pint. That should be about it for his input. Maybe someone should tell him the role of Chairman of a football club is to steer it towards success and not be ruled by a financial target. All well and good being prudent but surely EVERYONE should be focused on achieving success on the pitch.

Come on you accountancy boys let's have a detailed look at the dealings. After all Dave J. got him squirming on the phone-in.
And while were at it a 'skybluestalk' yes/no vote, should Fisher stay or go ?
If, you reckon stay, please be bold enough to give your reasons.

I sent a question in to the phone skiing exactly this
'I would like to ask Mr fisher if has he claims he receives no salary or expenses or money from the club why is he still doing the job as he is not even a supporter of the Sky Blues'

As per usual eakin selects what is chosen , he is a f**king lightweight interviewer He uses his own censorship a scruffy wanker

Exactly my thought. He may have been one of the original investors, and therefore has taken this position and hardline to recoup his cash.

Could explain his obvious detest for us, and determination to be as rigorous as possible.

I doubt he has sufficient equity to be a serious investor.

Probably paid by another SISU company which then gets re-charged to CCFC as a management charge so he can still say he isn't paid by CCFC.

That property was sold last Nov for £1.5m. His latest Company listed a different address, although that doesn't mean he lives at that address, if he does it's a bit climb down the property ladder.
