McNulty, Willis, Biamou, (at this moment in time).

Earlier in season, was ....Jones, Kelly, McDonald.

In that order.

Just get the feeling that everything seems to be coming together at the right time. McNulty proven the doubters wrong, Biamou seems to have turned a corner, experienced players coming back from injury at just the right time, 3 great centre backs seamlessly interchanging, youth players coming through and making an impact. Could be back in the autos with a win on Tuesday.

Team really is coming together.

Stand out for me this season has been how the home grown academy have come on leaps and bounds and stepped in and up when injuries have taken toll.

Shipley, Dion Kelly and Stevenson today come on.

Bayliss and Shipley have been simply outstanding and in their own right are rightly giving keeping seasoned pros on their toes like Kelly, Vincenti etc.

Good point that. Fair play to MR for sticking to his guns. Nice to see a manager doing that and things actually coming good!

Grimmer been pretty solid all season and was epic first half especially today. Works tirelessly, runs box to box and wing to wing at times too. Got to be a shout for first three names on the team sheet.

to be fair , bar injuries, the Majority of th team is picking itself , and when someone is injured ( McDonald / Kelly ) we have had players come in and take their place ( their chance ) and prove themselves just as worthy! Who’d have thought rod McDonald would be fighting for his place earlier in the season!

You can hand out plaudits all day long but someone consistent and fresh and clearly a natural talent unfazed is Bayliss. This kid is good.

Funny all three that seem favourites right now in this thread have been completely lambasted at times by many now thinking they should be first three. Willis, Mcnulty and Biamou, who would of thought it end of September. Saying that we also had detractors commenting on Robins being a striker and our strikers being shite, wtf, he was a striker why hasnt he sorted it out, we need to score much more, many more or whatever. He was a striker, we have the second best behind Wigan i think defence in the football league, looks like the strikers putting it on the defence, i was a top class striker in my day (i really really hate giving MR credit as a player, just didnt like the him (as our manager, different story)), this is what im gonna do, your a shit to mediocre defence, this is how you handle it, when i do this you do that, when it comes this way you go that way and that (him the striker) seems to be paying off at both ends of the pitch currently, admittedly it is only div 4 but progress is being made.
Sorry for going off topic.
Biamou, Mcnulty and probably any one from 3 or 4, Bayliss, Mcdonald, Willis or Doyle.

Biamou, McNulty and any of 9 others to be honest.

To pick 3 is tricky as nearly all have been pivotal in various ways.

A great team togetherness about them. A pleasure to support and follow this season.

Thank you MR and TW

If it has to be three, at the moment it has to be McNulty, Doyle and Willis.

Baylis is getting close to being in Top 3 but currently agree with

McNulty, Willis and Doyle.

McNulty work rate yesterday was outstanding. Ran and ran and ran. Immense.

You can't have first three if there are 5 - think about all those threads as Jones and Andre buggered their ACL

Love that everyone seeing willis for the good player he is now

Earlier in season steve and nick kept talking like he was inferior to both his Centre back partners.

I even remmeber nick saying our great defensive record was dosn to mscdonald alone....

Have a great sunday!

There's the obvious ommission on this thread .
Burge ?
On another note interesting he was preferred yesterday and rightly so IMO .
The continuity is more likely to reduce the 'Exeter ' effect.

Edit;- I hope !
