The whole working weekends, nights & bank holidays is a joke... Why can't I do it 9 to 5 Mon to Fri from home???

Why is Cat 1 academy experience essential when we're Cat 2? Or have we moved up to Cat 1?

Championship now. Established. Wouldn't surprise me we need more coaches. We've been advertising for roles all over the last 3 weeks. Time to get with the times. Get ourselves a backroom staff.

Farndon is First Team Technical Coach and Head of Under 23s Development. He is still showing on the club web site...for now

Lets not try and sign Ostigaard or James from a Prem Club because we are just a Championship side.

It because they want a higher grade of applicant andbperhaps they are planning to move to Cat 1 in the future?
