It is prologis. An esteemed poster from here just sent me a photo.
The smoke is visible in Earsldon, looks like its not too far away instead of the other side of the city.

Telegraph said everybody evacuated.

Hopefully fire fighters won't risk themselves trying to go in and can just sort it safely.
