When people suggest certain players have found their level in league one and can't hack it in the championship.....

Do you think SISU have found their level?

If this where their maximum funding can achieve success?

Or

Do you think they genuinely have learnt by their mistakes from last year like they say they have and Championship sized budgets will be allowed next year?

“There is a general acceptance that mistakes were made,” said Fisher, “and one of those mistakes was letting players in key positions leave and not replacing them with talent. That is recognised by the owner.

Just to clarify the mistake I am referring to

i think we will become a league 1/championship yoyo team

strong budget in league 1 - take the extra revenues in the championship without increasing the budgets
Increased revenue for sisu etc

I do not believe they can afford or have the will for the investment required for a push to the premier league

There is not much difference in top div 3 clubs and the bottom half of the championship. It would all depend on players lost and who they were replaced with.

I would be more then happy with that for the short-term. I'm bored of this nothingness we continually find ourselves in.

That's my worry to be honest.

Experience this success in league one.

Not have the means to do anything significant in the championship and spend another 12 years avoiding relegation selling our best players

Yep this is my feeling too, although the wage bill will increase on promotion and reduce on relegation as per players contracts.

no way...look what a shite team and manager we had last year, and we still had a chance of staying up until penultimate game last season(albeit pompey helped)

with robins and sisu helping out even a tiny bit more than they did last year we will stay up i am sure(if we go up)
