Valiant will be surprised to know that there are Coventry fans outside the City. Strange, but true.

Met some old cov fan in Indiana last summer (not when looking in the mirror) , told me about how he had enough of cov so moved to bournemouth, then when he had enough of being down south, moved over to the states. Saw villa and plymouth fans there too

The Padre when I was at RAF Scampton was a City fan.

Richard Dawkins just looks more right every day.

Indeed.

I believe my missus' cousin was one of the lot over there for the wrestling.

Think he's a bit of a weirdo though.

great stuff. I spotted someone in a Cov shirt at Raw in Miami getting their pic taken with the National Guard, don't think it was either of those chaps so that's at least 4 Cov fans that were out there.

does this count? I was on a Nile cruise a few years back and I wore the Sky Blue and White stripped shirt. one of the armed guards on the boat used to chant 'Argentina, Argentina' every time he saw me in it. By the end of the week I had convinced him that the mighty sky blues were a leading Premiership Team and gave him the shirt - which I saw him wearing on the last day of the trip ( did look strange with a machine gun draped across the badge!!).

My ex girlfriend (a yank) noticed a City fan in a bar where she lives in Pittsburgh. After a few drinks she decided she'd impress him by singing the sky blue song.

Apparently he couldn't believe it. I imagine it was pretty cringeworthy too!

Was just leaving Vang Vieng in Laos a couple of years back on the same day we were playing Leicester and saw a young lad proudly strutting around in his Cov top.

Walked into a bar in Kanchanaburi in Thailand and there was Cov flags all over the wall. Fair few Cov live/have lived there.

A few of us were sat in a bar in Tallinn steaming and got chatting to some locals who asked us which team we supported, when I said Cov he stood up and went "Ahh Brian Kilcline - killer". Prerry random but he got himself a couple of beers bought.

Myself and the missus met a couple in our hostel bar during Rio Carnival last year, turned out he was a city fan. We headed out to a bloc party, got smashed and drunkenly paraded round with a huge CCFC flag (he'd brought travelling with him!) signing songs and getting odd looks from the locals!!

If you're going to some far flung place for your holibobs this year, why not take your city colours and get a photo of them wherever you are and post them on here. Should produce some good results!

I think the players should try this.

I tried to be one of those Cov fans in random places last year - wore my shirt up the great wall of china, round Ho Chi Minh City, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap (angkor) in Cambodia, Vang Vieng in Laos and a fair few places in Thailand. I got one comment that whole time from a lad wearing a Cardiff shirt in Sihanoukville. He asked "who's that mate" to which I quickly replied "the real CCFC"!!

Would make a good thread that.

Get some old pics up as well of Cov being represented and add to it as time goes on.

Saw a Cov fan in the queue for the Jaws ride at Universal Studios, Orlando, in June 1997.
Didn't get the chance to speak or take another picture as the queue was moving too fast.
My missus thought I was mad taking it.

I was attending Wrestlemania 28 last week in Miami and bumped into two different sets of Cov fans both from the north east of Coventry! I was wearing my Cov top!

I always travel in my City shirt. Sadly, the farthest I get is usually Caister!

We did go to Brighton for our honeymoon last year!

When I was working in Cumbria one of the blokes I was working with was a Cov fan - both found out that each of us was a COv fan when we wore our shirts during a wear your colours to work day and simultaneously said "Ah, so you're the other one". Suppose you had to be there.

I have seen 2 Vile and one Incester fan around where I live in NZ and somewhere on the South Island is another car with a Cov window sticker.
