Didn't realise until lately that Brookfield left the club earlier this season; he's now joined Bristol Rovers. Although he wasn't listed as a Company Director, he was still probably the most senior member of the management staff after Steve Waggott.

Does anyone know:

1) reasons for him leaving

2) who has taken over his responsibilities within CCFC - is this Chris Anderson in a "supremo" role?

3) if the answer to the above is "no", have/are we recruiting a replacement?

4) when-abouts did SB leave?

Cheers for anyone who has been paying attention filling me in on this.

Perhaps you should because it's not clear how our club is run off the field at the moment.

Is the whole operation in the care of a statistics academic (albeit a well-meaning one)?

Is it coincidence the finance director disappears at around the same time its revealed SISU have had to put more money in and the break even point wasn't calculated correctly in the budget?

Exactly the kind of thing I'm trying to get at. It all seemed to happen very quietly.

Have we now got a credit rating so we can have season tickets next year with a monthly payment scheme?.

Consumer Credit Licence. Good question, it was made to sound like their was a backlog from the agency that issues them as much as anything.

It can't be a full time job as FD for Brizzle Rovers. Turnover and costs are relatively low, they are straight forward businesses. Surely its a 1 day a month role.

I'd be very surprised if that was the case. They're probably not that different to CCFC, financially. Most companies of that size would have a fully qualified accountant, maybe 2-3 days per week any maybe with a grander title than "finance administrator" which might be closer to the reality of the role...

The credit rating changed a few days ago, I just couldn't be bothered to sign up to the free trial to check from what to what!

I assumed it'd be bad, as this is CCFC...

Nevermind, we got one over on the evil sisu when another hedge fund bought the stadium! Who cares if no one will want to buy a league 1 club playing second fiddle in the city to a London rugby club!

The real nightmare is being caught between mirrors...but you are as bad as the people you criticise
