I'm not going to bother this year, the scripting really did my head in last year. I wish there was an alternative to FIFA/PES. Anybody remember Three Lions where the camera would turn as you got closer to the goal and there would be a little target on the net?

I'll get it, must admit I got ufc and haven't really played fifa since. You can just load it, have a few scraps then turn it off.

I wish there was, UFC is about the closest. I get annoyed when people start grappling and crap like that, even better when they try to grapple and you catch them nicely and knock them out.

Got it and completed the Journey last night. Again I thought it was too short and not enough story to it (play a match, one training session, play match, and repeat - with the occasional cut scene thrown in). I would like to see more of the "off pitch" antics but alas no.
Not really played any of the other modes yet

i don't think I bothered getting to the end of the journey thing...

Totally robbed against Port Vale at home though, very dubious penalty for a nothing challenge then I could not string two passes together through the game where I was top of the league and playing well!! I always struggle to buy players also, by the time you have scouted and realised that 8/10 of the people you scouted are crap then the window closes so you either take a punt on a player and hope for the best or miss out. I do quite enjoy the face to face negotiation sequences where you are haggling with the player and the agent on his contract.
