Touchline ban for Preston Boss
Preston North End boss Darren Ferguson will be sitting in the Main Stand for Preston's visit to Coventry City's Ricoh Arena on Saturday.

Ferguson was given a three game touchline ban by the FA on Thursday for being charged with with improper conduct aggravated by insulting and/or abusive language and behaviour towards Leicestershire based referee Kevin Friend.

The incident for which Ferguson was fined £4,000 happened in the tunnel after Preston's 4-3 defeat at Burnley on Saturday September 11th.

Ferguson was in the stand for the home defeat against Norwich and will not be allowed into the dug-out and technical area for Wednesday's League Cup tie at Wigan Athletic and Saturday's game at the Ricoh Arena.
