Having had a good argument with the sisu excusers today, I'll post something tomorrow like 'really wish acl would decide whether or not they would be better off without ccfc' and we'll have the other lot after us! When we get flak from the 2 extremes I reckon it shows kcic has got the message just about right
I know I have had quite a bit of shit on here today, this thread and on the other thread for saying ACL should sell up if they are losing money! Cant win!

Only problem is they would have to put it on the open market .
If SISU's plan is to distress ACL to the point of administration what makes them think they would get it without being outbid by some other party ?
I'm sure lots of property investors would be interested in all the land there and what would stop them knocking it down and building housing there especially if they earmarked half for social housing. I think the council would bite there hands off. SISU's plan goes up in smoke and CCFC is no more as I really can't see SISU actually building anything for what then maybe a division 4 club .

irony is dale I actually agree with you. You see you think social housing. An interesting concept as social housing developers buy cheap land. So unless you are on the wind up and believe it you are stating the land is not worth much. You like me must have laughed your head off yesterday when dongle said £200 million. Also you clearly face doubts it can continue as a going concern and they may be so desperate they go for social housing.

except fact there are no sisu excuse-rs, just those that want you to stop siding with the acl/ccc extreme
