Sony Playstation - Theme Park/Theme Hospital
Sega Dreamcast - Crazy Taxi
Sony Playstation 2 - SSX Tricky
Microsoft Xbox 360 - Test Drive Unlimited 2
Sony Playstation 4 - Infamous Second Son

Gameboy Colour - Evel Knievel
Playstation Vita - Hotline Miami

PC - Roller Coaster Tycoon.

Civilization 3 was amazing. Wipeout was class, it was the first game I played on the PSone.

Twisted Metal was a great game on the PSone, Just remembered it now.

I could probably come up with a more obscure list, but for some I can't ignore the big franchises as there's a reason they're so successful. I'll do a few for each I've owned instead and please nobody!

Amiga 500 - sensible soccer, lemmings, street fighter 2
PS - tiger woods golf, Colin McCrae Rally, Tekken 3, FIFA
PS2 - Splinter Cell, Tomb Raider, PES,
Xbox 360 - fifa, tiger woods, COD MW2 & Black Ops, brian Lara cricket, NBA
Xbox One - forza 5, fifa 15, minecraft, Madden 15

I had the SNES version of Sensible Soccer which was ace but not as vast as SWOS. ISS Deluxe had my heart in them days anyway.

I've had almost all the consoles etc but can't think of a favourite on any of them except the Atari ST where Captive was my favourite game.

I really with they'd remake Captive as an Indie game for the Xbox One or PS4 (without any changes)

LinksLS on the PC - ran an on-line club for a few years, good fun and met some great people. Played IRL with them on many occasions and we had great fun. Eventually went tits up when Tiger came along and Microsoft lost interest.
