There are clearly people who post on here who have good knowledge about the different parties ie sisu, acl, ccc and higgs (or in PWKH's case is one of them!).

So I'd like to ask if anyone can provide factual answers (not opinions, guesses, assertions, rants or insults please) to 4 simple questions - and remember this is from a kcic perspective which is pro team and pro fan, does not buy into the whole being pro/anti acl/sisu thing, is a campaign that just wants ccfc back in Cov and asks questions in order to work out strategy.

1. Can the last rental offer that was made, via the FL, be made public with full details?

2. Is that offer still on the table?

3. If ccc decided it wanted to sell the ricoh to sisu does the law allow it to do so or are there legal requirements that determine the process and require things like inviting bids from anyone who wants to buy?

4. What purchase offer is sisu willing to make?

Thanks!

This is to the best of my knowledge. Have looked into things but can't say 100%

1, I would say that it will come out in the JR.

2, The door is said to be open to negotiations.

3, The Council is obliged by law, under the Local Government Act 1972, to sell land for the best price reasonably obtainable. This means that in some cases if, following consultation, it is considered that the land you have asked to purchase could be of interest to other parties or could be sold for development land, the Council must advertise it for sale on the open market. In such a case you will be sent sales details once prepared and will be able to make an offer for the land along with any other interested party.

4, Ask Joy

Why is it if one person asks questions they get liked, but somebody else and it isn't related to CCFC and hammered?

(No disrespect to these questions and I do hope they are answered )

I do it because unlike some on here I do not have time to trawl through every post and read every word and sometimes a decent snipet of a post is surrounded crap. Sometimes I read the first few pages of a thread and then the last couple because lets be honest, 90% of threads on here end up with the same content in the middle. But if you are asking because you have asked something and are feeling left out. I'll give you a like. Oh, and just so this thread goes the same way :blue:

These questions are aimed at all sides. These questions are very important to the future of our club. These questions can't be seen to be sniping at one side.

Or do you see them differently? :thinking about:

If anything is posted on here which is remotely critical of sisu you can pretty much guarantee a rapid response and if anything is posted which is seen as critical of acl/sisu you get an equally rapid response from different posters. But 4 simple questions which take a pro team and pro fan approach and ask questions relevant to different parties and hardly any response at all. Am I getting too cynical about this forum?

For once I agree, they are simple enough questions. If answered they would make things a lot clearer.

Probably not too cynical, but don't think that there are many on here(despite what they may think!P) who could genuinely answer the questions.

To be fair to PWKH I think he said on another thread that he will ask ACL if they can answer the questions relating to them, as apparently they have a policy of not answering questions related to CCFC.

Cheers, Lord - I hadn't seen that post and fair play to PWKH. I think I posted previously that I've been shaken recently by a few kcic stalwarts saying they've had enough and once the season's finished they're giving up on ccfc. I do get a sense that while there are (a small number of?) people willing to argue the pro/anti sisu/acl line in pretty much every thread on here, a large majority of the fanbase just aren't interested in that endless argument and have moved on, and even among the remaining 'hardcore', people seem to be increasingly turned off by the conflict and divisions around ccfc and are also giving up. Hope I'm wrong

What's his posting history like.
Does his questions tell you he knows a bit more about the situation than joe bogs the common fan.

my simple opinion, from a fan & not an insider / clone / lapdog, etc.,
is nothing more than,
i have been abused, ignored, treated with no respect, considered as nothing more than cannon fodder,
yet, Coventry City are my team,
i mean nothing to our owners, they will play their own game,
carry on OWNERS, whoever you are,
but, after you have gone,
i, & thousands like me, will still want to follow our / my, club / team,
F.O.S. & P.U.S.B.

I think you are wrong,I think it is the club taking the team 35 miles away. Playing in division three. With a long term plan that many can see is not realistic that puts people off.

If the club engaged and explained the plan and it seemed plausible they would keep many onside.
