Saw this on covmad

understand the sentiment and firmly believe that the fans should have shares in the club going forward.

Think the timing is wrong, right now GH & backers is making a bid for the whole club, the finance may depend on all shares being bought by the consortium. This would just cloud the issue

Shares do not give you a place on the board and this would be a minority shareholding that is approx 12% in total. There is no real power to such a minority holding, even if all shares to fans taken as one block, other than being able to receive a set of accounts, attend the AGM and inspect the statutory records at the registered office. Ok there are other things but thats the main ones. But the fans should have an interest in the ownership of the club (all fans should have that opportunity not just the supporters club data base).

Like I said right idea wrong timing

I don't think he owns the website..It will be through a network.

I wonder how much they are offering and how much they want to spend on them.

I might announce an interest and hold talks with them about the club, much like they did about Adam Le Fondre...
