I've stuck with every team since I've been a supporter. Never booed them and chanted in support. For every SISU out chant I've chanted sky blue army etc. Stand up if you love city was supported by blocks 15 and 16 have a word with the rest or better still why don't you just fuck off, wonderful how after all the shit we've been through over the last few years cunts like you are coming out of the woodwork now blaming the fans not really obvious is it? No doubt you've been reading for years but now feel the need to comment as I've said fuck offI remember my old man saying to me "son, in life you will end up with the woman you deserve" it's true you do.
So it got me thinking maybe this is true for football fans, maybe you end up with the team you deserve. For as long as I can remember there has always been an overwhelming feeling of negativity and moaning from a fair few city fans I know. It's like they just love to moan at someone or something.
Yes the club has been run poorly but it doesn't excuse the fact that as fans we have never really got together and tried to drag a squad of players through the crap and stick by them. Barely any ex players have come forward and said yes the fans were great etc etc etc, the reason for this is we never really have the players backs. We're happy to jump on a bandwagon when there's a sniff of Wembley or a decent cup run but when the going gets tough we get a going.
In my opinion I'm not sure we're gonna have a club for much longer until the fans start showing we actually want a club. Just turning up on a Saturday and saying at least I'm here isn't enough anymore, real passion needs to be shown by everyone in the stadium singing shouting or screaming whatever it is.
The club is dying as I don't think our fans really care, the match, it's just something to do on a Saturday isn't it?
I don't think we can blame anyone except ourselves as we have allowed this to happen due to apathy and not really giving a fuck.
Surely now we're down now to fight or flight, what's it gonna be?

So as I understand your experience is with figures and financial stuff, KT is right about our fanbase, we have always had a negative view it's about time we really got behind our teamLudicrous post.
City fans were so amazing that they deserved top flight football for 34 years, but those same fans are now so bad the club is heading for L2.
BHSB first of all I hope you are better now and things medically improve friend, surely you with your experience of following our club would tell you we have always been a negative bunch, I've supported city since I was 7, that's 54*Years so far and I will always support my team until my last breath regardless of those choose to slave them off. Its called being a fanI've stuck with every team since I've been a supporter. Never booed them and chanted in support. Absolutely full of shit, either a WUM or a sisu rep. Statistically least successful club in the last 50 years. Club being run into the ground, absolute arse holeI remember my old man saying to me "son, in life you will end up with the woman you deserve" it's true you do.

The OP is a plank, can't believe we're still getting 8000
I'd want any potential owners to know enough about this club and indeed the city and surrounding environs to realise that with benign leadership, it will pull in attendances upwards of 25k if we have genuine aspirations of promotion.I understand where the OP is coming from to a certain extent, but don't think posters on this forum are who this is really aimed at. Most people here have stuck by the team.
City have got a loyal hardcore but probably more fair-weather fans than your average team. I personally believe that this is down to the fact that the glory days of the late 60s brought in fans who to a certain degree were glory hunters. Once the novelty wore off it was back to the hardcore and whichever fair-weather fans fancied going at any particular time.
I do think that the fans are key to the future of the club, prospective buyers of the club need to see potential for attendances to rise (and sustain) to support their investment, I don't think they'll see that with fans actively and publicly boycotting.
No we won't, we will be struggling in league 2 next season and I'll be wonderingWon't be next year
