This mess will only now be resolved when:
A; SISU get fed up of funding a loss making club and seek talks

or
B; ACL/CCC get fed up of funding a loss making Arena and seek talks

All the fans can do is determine at least one of the parties is making significant losses, could be a long wait for nowt though !

that just about sums it up perfectly.

thats why NOPM is crucial to KCIC.

please if you've bought a season ticket its to late they have your money, but if you pay for a home game here and there please stop and think about it. shitsu cant fund this for ever but you putting your hand in your pocket is prolonging the pain for all of us who want our club back in its home city.

Of course funding them at Northampton is helping the cause isn't it.

The previous regime took us down a league and get away Scott free, why is that??

What do you want me to do, get all angry and stand on a hill with my SISU out banner? Each to their own of course..

Done the angry bit, the solution is to get us back to the Ricoh and none of us can do that, this is down to SISU and ACL.

Richardson&co certainly did not get away scot free from what I can remember.

I assume you don't include NOPM in this assertion we can't do anything because if SISU budgeted for a crowd of at least 3,000 then who do you think is footing the bill for the difference?

Ms Seppala has also made us aware that she doesn't enjoy the limelight. What business would when they treat their customers with such contempt? She won't like us publicising their failings to a national TV audience then will she? No business enjoys a bad press, regardless of how 'secretive' they are.

As Les Reid pointed out in his lengthy article at the weekend, the people of Coventry also have the power to influence their elected representatives at the Council.

Of course both parties are affected by the public, to say otherwise is a nonsense and looks more like laziness or as others have put it 'apathy'.

Unfortunately, football fans are secondary to her primary customer, i.e. investors in the SISU funds.

And what if those investors are football fans with a moral compass, who take offence to their lack of one?

So because we let Richardson/Robinson do a massive amount of damage means we should let Sisu finish the job in completely destroying professional football in Coventry?

If we take the same attitude now that we did with the previous regime then there really will be no club left.

Thank god this sentiment wasn't around during the Battle of Britain.

Er. No they didn't. Richardson was subject to quite a nasty protest that led to his departure IIRC.

No - the protest was about Richardson and Robinson, it was hardly nasty. Richardson became the fall guy and all other members of his board survived.

Certainly a few on the Italian side of the AXIS Powers on here that change sides whenever it looks like they might be on the losing side.

Haha. Call me a pedant but isn't it supposed to be comparing someone or something to Nazism? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though.

"What did you do in the War Daddy?"

" I refused to put any money in the Nazi's pockets by no longer buying Liebfraumilch!"

"Did it stop them Daddy? "

"Er, well they still invaded Poland, the Low Countries and France, but they never got a penny from me!

"You're a hero Daddy!"

Meanwhile in France...

"What did you do in the war Daddy?"

"F*ck all. They turfed me out of my house and home and had their way with my wife. So naturally I bent over and took it from behind too. That showed 'em. No way were they expecting that".

"I'm so proud of you Daddy"

You should stop with the analogies, it's just another one of those things that you're really shit at.

Nah, you'd have betrayed half of the Resistance for "once having had Fascist sympathies" in their youth

As for Italy-would it really have been better if the Partizan's had stayed loyal to Mussolini?

He's the bloke who said on the fall of France: "My country has been defeated. This is as a result of 30 years of Marxism."

So yeah, kinda!

I've watched The World At War too many times..

Just started reading Anthony Beevor's The Second World War, if anything like Stalingrad and D-Day: The Battle for Normandy by him then should be excellent.

Stalingrad was just unbelievably hellish.
