Dabo is much better in my view. I think he has rarely been fully fit since we were promoted but when he has been he looks a decent player at this level. Kane I think is a lower level Championship player.

Dabo at his best is definitely good enough but we only seem to get him at his best for about 10-15 games a season

Thanks - saved me a post! Really hope he can have an injury free run.

I’ve heard that they’ll be looking to move Todd Kane on, similar reasons to QPR departure

Has he done a podcast with the Nii Lamptey Show about why he should be playing more?

Dabo is better for me.

Plus it was clear from Kane's history that he's a bit of a tosser and when this was pointed out at the time of his signing the rebuttal was 'yeah but he's played x championship games'. And? Doesn't matter how many championship games he's played if he's a bad apple, he's a bad apple.

Also refers to himself in the third person as 'The TK' which is surely worthy of bomb squad status in its own right.

Kane and Waghorn are up there with the most “Championship experience” in the squad and it sounds like we want rid of both of them

I always think we recruit better when we sign young hungry players rather than ‘experience’

Fair comment.

I just think we could have done better than signing Kane, waghorn and bidwell.

bidwell doesn't really deserve to be in that group. Mistakes we're made, but we still progressed. Big summer ahead!

If he wants to go back to London then think Charlton will be his only realistic option

I know we were desperate (because the alternative was Dacosta) but he just didn't seem like the right character that MR goes for and I was uneasy with it from the start.

So much of our play goes through our wing backs, upgrading what we have is imperative. I'd keep Dabo for back up and fuck Kane off back to wherever he crept out of, no disrespect.

Can’t see anyone rushing to take him after getting himself bombed out twice for attitude problems. Silly sausage.

Didn’t rate him when he signed, then he had a few games where his crossing was top notch, then he looked shit again, and at the same time Dabo seemed to learn how to cross (then immediately got himself injured).

Do your ratings have Da Costa as a better performer than McFadzean?!

This is an interesting one.

Having no football knowledge, and slightly drunk. I am happy to share.

2 mins, I will make the graph.

Da Costa, always in the winning side when he played. Deserved the points.

Think the question remains on how much influence he had during those games, but it is a team sport.

More games would have given a truer reflection of his ability, I believe.

Dabo was certainly the best performer at City according to this framework for ability when he was on the pitch.

Started the season on 1478.2
Finished the season on 1525.2
Making a gain overall of +47

Usually, ratings have a second component of how many games a person plays over the course of a few seasons.

Let me get a link.
