Any one noticed the fake shirts are a different shade? They stick out like a sore thumb once you notice it

It's really noticeable once you see it, it's like they're more towards turquoise. Someone crafty at the club put out those initial photos where the colour looked off on purpose to catch out the scammers.

On the plus side, with some of them you get double the number of chevrons on the real kits and you can't sniff at that kind of bargain

4D chess from Doug, he knew what he was doing releasing those first promo images in weird lighting.

Yeah, I saw three or four yesterday. Definitely not sky blue and so noticeable.

I want to see someone in a knockoff away kit now as there's surely no way they got the colour of that right.

Exactly my thoughts, definitely look close to that first released colour. I understand for kids especially if you have a couple to buy as theyll be out in fields and still growing, but for an adult it's pretty poor

You can spot them a mile off, they're so bad. I'd be embarrassed to wear it to a game tbh.

If they have genuinely released promo photos that look a different colour to fuck up the fakes it's a genius move.

Isn't it the pro shirt and the fan shirt? They are visibly different aren't they?

No.
From a distance you can't spot the difference between the pro/stadium shirt.
The difference in colour between the knock off and authentic shirts is very noticeable!!

The fakes do indeed look turquoise, they look ridiculous.

Not far off this colour. I really hope it was deliberate on the club's part to mislead with the original release pictures.

I understand why people get it for kids, and wouldn't judge. I've had shirts off DHGate for my kids but never Cov stuff. Under cutting Championship teams seems different to getting an international or Real Madrid shirt to me.

I could tell the fake wandering about the last few seasons too. The green and black 3rd shirt fake was awful and seemed to fade on the people I saw wearing around the CBS. This years stands out like sore thumb.

Wouldn't put my kids in a fake ccfc shirt! They'd know and so would their friends!!

Some very good knock offs about, including England shirts.

Some terrible - guessing our demand isn't that great so less effort is put in at the other end?

Our white away knock offs were probably the worst I've ever seen, the striped "semi final" ones were obvious however, I brought last year's black one as a set - for one of my boys - just for the shorts - as the club shop's stock was a joke, and the quality was very very good!! (Ended getting some real ones in the end?)

Is the neckline smaller on the fake, rather than like an off the shoulder number

Yea it’s massively evident and I’m surprised people still wear them really.

Albeit I get some people can’t afford the real kits.

Badge is upside down. I'm not impartial to a knockoff every now and then, but these are embarrassing. I don't think anyone wearing one should be allowed in the ground to be honest. Awful awful trash.

It’s a joke isn’t it. I saw a few with the badge and lettering actually in the centre. Also, nothing was peeling off. Must be fake as haven’t see that in the club shop.
