Goalkeeper Hunt Continues Coventry City have failed with a bid to sign a goalkeeper. Steven Pressley would not say who the player was but told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “We were hoping to have some news on a player but it looks like it has fallen through at this moment in time, so we’re no nearer concluding any deal on a goalkeeper just now. The City boss has also admitted that he is currently not close to another goalkeeping target and said: "We want to bring in the right goalkeeper and don’t want to rush into it. We have to ensure we don’t panic and we’ll work towards that. “Ideally it won’t go to the wire but because of circumstances it might be prolonged. I’m not saying we won’t have one in before the weekend but we’re not at the stage where we’re close to concluding anything.”
good news, what are the rules on emergency loans, we don't like our current keeper very much and arn't willing to pay for a better one and the last guy we borrowed hated it here and wanted to go home hardly sounds like an emergency.

No rules that I can remember other than the regular rules apart from maximum stay is 93 days, you can sign as many as you want but can only have 5 in your match day squad.
