I watched it on the telly before being sent to bed

Google is a wonderful thing, I now know this about Russell Spence, the driver.

Criminal network is brought to justice after six years of fraud

Justice has finally been served on the last three members of a Yorkshire criminal network which netted millions of pounds through the fraudulent running of car washes and a high-profile restaurant.

Won’t spoil anything from qualifying as imagine lots will wake up later and watch on record - but they’ve got rid of one of the drs zones which suggests it will be very powerful in the race

The way Latifi is going, all the money he brings is going to be spent on repairing his car.

They’d be much better off having someone like hulkenberg or kvyat in the car

3 place grid penalty for Stroll. Once you see the onboard, it's pretty clear what happened. Could say Latifi confused the situation by letting him go by in the first place and then trying to reovertake, but how on earth Stroll can be looking in his mirrors, so must have seen him coming, and still turned into him is ridiculous

He goes from starting last to starting..... Well, even more last.

Yep he was really on it that lap.

Aston have really gone backwards since taking over from Racing Point. Shame as I hoped Seb would do well this year.

Looking like a good race for tomorrow.

Watching that Ferrari onboard, it looks so uncomfortable with all that bouncing. Seems like they've got it a bit more this race than the last couple, but obviously it's working for them.

I'm loving Leclerc and Ferrari at the moment.

And to be honest, even those who arent fans of the team surely are aswell. About time Ferrari started fighting for and leading championships again

Racing is so much better this year just need more teams to bridge that gap to the current top 2. Despite all the changes to assist the midfield teams the gap to the top teams is still big.
Don't care which teams it is just don't like seeing 20 second winning margins particularly when there are so many safety cars/ virtual safety cars.
barring a freak race still only looks like maybe 3 teams can win a race.

It’s great to see. They’ve had a good couple of seasons to really focus on this years car knowing they were uncompetitive in those years compared to Merc and RB who were focusing on winning those Championships.

Max is a whingey fuck still when his car breaks. Lewis too today with his jibe about being compromised by the team. That 3pts behind GR today won’t define your season Lewis. The shit car Merc have turned out will.

If only two teams are likely to be vying for wins this season, as it currently seems, then a 46 point lead for Charles over Max is absolutely huge.

Yep. Was “only” 32 between Max and Lewis before the British GP last year that Lewis managed to claw back (the 25 points at Silverstone obvs helped!).

It’s a long season but I can’t see Max clawing that back if the Fezzas stay so strong

Ferrari 4 seconds clear of 4th in the wet

That car might just be the greatest out of the box ever. Still no upgrades from Barcelona testing

The Mercedes and McLaren look dog shit

Brawn? Tyrrell? (built in the designer's garage in Leamington btw!), 1988's McLaren? Williams in the '90s?

The Ferrari just doesn't look like it should be anything like as fast as it is with all that bouncing, and yet somehow it is.

They should have had DRS open ages before they did. Ruined this race.
