Hello mate. It did burn down, but looks as if I has been rebuilt and I think is open again. Used to have a home fans only policy though.

Sorry mate - another update: Just asked a Cobblers fan who used to go there and it is not yet open. There is a bar at the ground itself, but has home fans only. If you say m'duck to the bouncer on the door then you may get in! It;s called Carr's Bar after Graham Carr - local football legend and Dad of the now more famous Alan

It took some getting used to when I moved here - listening to grown men call each other m'duck. And don't forget to say Nooorfffampton instead of Northampton

I work in Northampton about a mile from Sixfields, recommend Duston for a drink - the Squirrels Inn should be able to park around there and about 15 mins walk to the ground.

Fook sake go in if they start give them a couple of knocks to the chin and a rook they wont want. I will be in there like a good un as a rook is all I look for. Soft carrot crunchers.
