No idea what the Exter fans are singing but the tune is catchy. Or is it just that I've heard it so much this second half I know now it? Either way fair play for the being in full voice

It sounds like a la liga game listening to it on SBP

Enjoyed seeing the younger players get a run out. Full of confidence, they linked up with the striker s a lot more

Maddison is/was a striker so I imagine he naturally tries to get forward, where as O'Brien, Fleck and Thomas are happy to play the game in the centre circle.

I liked how he would turn a player abd create space rather than play it back.

Coukibilyy was decent too, always looking to run at them

Bristol City on Sky against Cheltenham tomorrow. Wouldn't mind Cheltenham if they get through, localish and winable game.

Hoping to see Phillips, Finch and Coulibaly get proper chances in the first team soon in the league. Would like to see G Thomas and Maddison maybe featuring on the bench some games also.

Finch was much better in the second half when he was in front of the defence I think.

Obviously Sisu have to think of end of season sales. So our most promising players need game time in the shop window !

3,800 at Preston tonight with similar ticket pricing to ours. Makes our 7,200 look very good.

Yes, much better in midfield than at centre back, looked a bit scared of making a mistake

Avg performance, good result

2 brilliant finishes from phillips and although mquoid was poor was good to see him keeping his goal scoring up.

Were still very reluctant to attack though, first instinct is to pass backwards. That's fine in terms of ball retention etc but it can't be our mentality for majority of game.

Also burge showed why allaopp is number 1

Even if we're drawn at Home to Northampton, I want it played at Sixfields. Reminisce on old times

Oh and as for the song the Exeter fans constantly sang through the second half, it's a song about one of their late strikers who passed away at the age of 32 of bowel cancer. Nice touch
