I’m happy with that but I am concerned about Simms , I hope I’m totally proven wrong but he does seem very lazy and his ball control is not the best . I’m not one to slag our players off unless they are in the category of Walker ,so please please please SIMM’s don’t be like Walker .
There were some hairy moments from the back line but all of them are very comfortable on the ball and are good passers .
Even though Simms was slightly off it today it looked like him and Godden are getting a good understanding going .

It'll be a very short highlights show then. Sheaf's goal OK. Godden too slow, despite his positional awareness. Hamer showing his worth - head and shoulders above the rest when he came on. Palmer lively.3 goals.

Think Simms will take time to come up to the level we want him to play at, very early days.Simms looked off it for me. But has the right ideas and is in the right places so hopefully it will click.
