I loved that they played in purple and it was filmed at the den so their highlights were just Millwall games with the contrast turned right up

Wait until you hear about the second world war, 1966, the Beatles and our Cup win in 87. It'll blow your mind.

Are Thomas and Kitching a top level Championship partnership, they might not be individually the best but as a pair do they have everything required bar pace?
At this level, there’s not too many CBs who have the same levels of defensive capabilities who are rapid. Those who do, get sucked up to the prem pretty quickly.

BT and LK have a good understanding which counts for a lot and have always benefited from having confidence in their keeper. MVE usually on hand to mop up if they get done for pace.

Viktor Gyokeres ends a seven-game run without a goal by scoring twice against Atletico Madrid - and Mikel Arteta says the forward makes Arsenal "much better".

No Ben Sheaf today for Wrexham

Also haven't seen Godden in a Charlton team whenever I do check them....anyone know what he has done?

Have heard Wrexham had a compulsory buy back clause put in Sheaf’s contract, if he’s injured for 25%+ of games between when they bought him until January .

Callum Doyle sent off last night- does that mean he'll be suspended when we play Wrexham?

He's been so bad they might even try and avoid it and bring in someone like Dan Scarr, which says it all really. Will keep an interested eye on their lineup vs Cardiff in the cup 3 days before our game. They'll want to rest players but i don't think they'll want to be losing to a Welsh rival.

Sheaf has a minor groin strain. They think he will be back in contention to play against Middlesborough on Saturday.

Which sounds like the same injury he had here at the start of the season. It's the type of issue that could see him miss a good few matches over the course of the season.

I think it will be Lewis brunt that comes in for Doyle now he’s suspended, a change a lot of their fans have been calling for before the sending off.

Do has he Doyle been bought as some investment, I know that sounds rediculous on the normal swing of thing's!
Plus I imagine the fans are just impatient more than anything if he's turned up carrying timber after a summer off then I think they have to suck it up m

Hence why Lampard took him out for all those dinners we heard about -helping him pile on the pounds knowing we couldn't afford him and he'd go elsewhere.
