Fair play to him, if he has.

Peter Clarke our ex centre back just signed for Prescott Cables in the Northern Premier League.

Surely at 43 he’s the oldest ex player still playing football competitively?

Played for us 5 times in 2004-always thought he played for us more.

Tbf I looked on Transfermarkt & it's still got him down as playing on there (just randomly read that Ysrael Zuniga's a dentist in Peru too)

Steven Presley just appointed as the new manager of Dundee. Did a decent job here at a very difficult time in my opinion. Wishing him luck in his new role.

He was sent off in the first minute at Cardiff in a match that we incredibly went on to win 1-0.

I was there for that! One of the few times I’ve seen us beat them there.
I seem to remember thinking the sending off was harsh.

Didn’t McSheffrey miss a pen in that game?

I do not know if he did a good job overall, he had a good team and they dug us out of trouble, with his guidance admittedly, in his first year, but it went to pot after that

They sold both his strikers who scored about 40 between them and expected him to do just as well.
We would have been promoted if we had kept hold of Clarke until the end of the season rather than selling in Jan.

Moussa, Baker, Murphy and Christie also left. It was a pretty disastrous summer to be honest.

Scene of one of my very 1st away games in August 78. We had had a good start to the season with a WDW and then went there and lost 2-1. Team included Wallace, Ferguson, Yorath and Hutch. They were 3rd Division. Shocking.
