Only from Feb, he still played in the prem last season. But even going from Blackburn, it just seems a bit weird he’d skip league 1 altogether and go to a mid table league 2 side. Wonder how much the release clause is.I know we’ll never know and that’s probably for the best but wonder if we ever came close to triggering his release clause ourselves when we were looking for a new manager last year.
