Definitely not saying playing mid-table premier league is preferable but there are certainly other leagues around Europe that I think would be preferable if he harbours a desire to break into the Dutch squad (and some equally big teams).Why? Im pretty sure it was a confidence issue, as he wasnt quite the casual unfasable keeper he was before the head injury, he stopped coming for crosses etc, was more hesitant which is to be expected, really happy for him that he’s built it all back up and will hopefully get back to the second tier as he’s a nice blokeI thought he did ok in the Championship, can't remember many howlers.
