This is mainly aimed at the ex pats.

How do most of you watch the highlights on the BBC website?

All overseas BBC videos are blocked "due to copyright/rights" restrictions. Occasionally able to see CCFC highlights if posted on UTube.

Yes, it is a pain in the backside that BBC online content is blocked, but I get most of my updates via text reports from the BBC website. I am sometimes able to watch 'Football Highlights' on NZ Sky Sport Highlight channel, which is often NPower league highlights, but you're lucky if you get 30secs of a match. Also the timeslot is erratic.

bishbosh, you're lucky to get 30 seconds of Cov on English television.

I use sky blue player from the club, £4 month gives you: weekly video interview with the manager, post match reaction from manager and one player, extended highlights of games (usually between 10-15 minutes worth) and live radio commentary from bbc plus stats. It's a good package, just a shame the team isn't giving the same quality!

I tried hidemyip software to listen to BBC C+W and watch the Championship show. This proved less than satisfactory as I still couldn't get the commentary and CCFC get about 1 minute on the TV so stumped up for SkyBlue Player which, I agree with Ben, is about the best you can do overseas.

I think a decent VPN is the way forward.

I was thinking about approaching a few and asking for good deals that they can offer our ex pats along with support.
