Mercia reported there are three ex City players who are managing Internationals tonight; Coleman and Pearce are the obvious ones but they also mention Michael O'Neil. Who is this guy? Anyone know? I don't recall us having a player by that name on our books??

Wiki says it was between 96 - 98, probably why I don't recognise him as I didn't start going games regularly until 1998 but I did go to the odd game in yrs before.

He's the new Northern Ireland manager after Worthington was sacked. He played for lots of clubs including us-definitely bit of a journeyman.

Never really made it here - think he got some injuries and just basically wasn't good enough. We had a fairly decent midfield at the time too. I actually remember us buying him - only just though, it's very vague!

I remember him playing a couple of games for us at home in 97. Looked okay, but had a few injury problems like kg mentioned.

Don't remember Coleman playing for us. Sure he dropped us for Blackburn!

Sorry, shouldn't have put just players. Was personnel linked to City who had played or managed us in the past

I remember him signing for us but he was always injured. Wiki says he played five times for us in two years!
