Sorry I’m confused
Chief was saying he’s no a lawyer but he’d struggle to act for someone he knew to be guilty
I was saying that it’s about process and you were saying an example of someone who used a lawyer was oj Simpson. I said this had more to do with money and corruption and you linked this story of shipman

Would you not want a proper process? If you do then you have to have defence lawyers and their job is to ensure process and all evidence is heard

There's ensuring the right to due process, and there's engaging in tactics to try and clear someone who you know on the balance of probabilities is guilty. I don't know how people who do the latter can look at themselves in the mirror in all honesty.

Trying to use autism as an excuse for noncing in a nursery. Loads of other autistic people manage to go their lives without trying to touch up infants, funnily enough.

If he actually survives for 20 years I'd be surprised. He'll be brutalised in prison and be either murdered or top himself.

It's when the 'due process' gets down to things like paperwork filled in slightly incorrectly or not on time or slight procedural anomalies.

Being let off for the worst crimes imaginable is acceptable because the real unforgivable crime is someone not double stamping the right document #hangingstoogoodforthem
