Know someone that’s just been contacted by the Hilton at the CBS to inform him that they’re cancelling his room for the 21st (baggies at home) because the hotel is closing on the 19th. Starting to feel like Mike’s about to get the bulldozers out.

Hilton app shows a availability up to then and it’s not available from 18th Dec until 7th Jan.
Other than the football assume there is not a lot going on there conference wise over Xmas so could just be the famed maintenance work. Unless Ashley wants the place to himself, Partridge style.

Either the club are confident at the game being at the CBS or it’s very poor form letting Bristol City sell them with no clue where it’s being held

The silence is deafening but if he is a serious buyer of the club he probably knows that to speak out will put it at risk.., was he vocal about The Rams? I’m not sure he released anything then either!!

What? So how were people made aware he wanted to buy them?

That's the thing, is it him doing the talking or people who work for Frasers and his son in law etc who's now in charge?

Mike Ashley’s Head of PR said so:

Derby County: Mike Ashley fully committed to buying Championship club but frustrated by delays

Mike Ashleys head of PR, Keith Bishop, exclusively tells Sky Sports News the former Newcastle owner is very much interested in buying Derby County but is frustrated by the takeover process; Derbys debts understood to stand at more than £60m

Ashley is going to have a massive session in the casino and all the rooms are booked out to brasses for the duration

Ridley just asked Duggins if he still thinks it's a good thing to have given Mike Ashley Exclusivity.

Duggins replies going on about Ridley not having the X Factor and that he will be fired.

Duggins and Maton not happy. Duggins refusing to answer anything.

Duggins has lost his head shouting at Ridley saying he isn't going to say things that will be used against him like last time.

He was asked "were the council in contact with the administrator FRP and what did they try to influence as the stakeholder".

Also asked "Did the council ensure that CCFC would be protected", Duggins says "I will put this in writing colleagues and just starts shouting about Ridley."

Duggins is saying "Why didn't you raise these questions last week", Ridley says "We didn't know about the eviction so how could we, unless you did?"

Duggins, Seppala, Byng, Storey, Maton, Ranson, Reeves, Keys, Hoffman, Haskell, Sky Blues Trust, Dhinsa, Fisher.

Someone line them all up for me please, and any I've missed....

TBF to Duggins what relevance does the question have to him? He didn't grant MA exclusivity and his views on it are irrelevant.

agreed. I also got the impression without a deal being lined up and exclusivity payment etc we’d have had games cancelled pre World Cup break as the whole place would’ve been closed down

Somebody else saying to Duggins "Do you realise that you are destroying this city with your attitude towards this issue?"

Duggins says "As far as we were concerned, the Ricoh / CBS was a success".

Duggins says "you're fired" again like he's Alan Sugar.

They have fuck all about them.

Local councils are so childish and a waste of space and labour want to give them more powers
