I said earlier sisu are proposing to be a 15% partner to King but have refused to sign a mirrored deal to use/play at the CBS got to make the EFL think a bit.Still think mine is best in that the eviction now gives SISU and King an out for the takeover not happening. Perfect reason for the EFL not to sanction it.

I have seen situations wherein, when a change of ownership is intended, the old owners (SISU in this case) are precluded from making new agreements (e.g staff pay, staff numbers, supply contracts) before the change has been effected. Was always suspected he wanted to level the ground and redevelop the siteThe Oxford lease runs until 2026 then they need to find a new home. They are currently scoping a site just outside of Kidlington for an 18,000 stadium. Lots of local opposition as you might expect. Kassam wants to re-develop the current site and get rid of the 3 sides.
