Here he is.

the bloke who said i know nothing.
It is the same contract. You clearly don’t know business. In essence, ashley offered us the same contract short term to discuss a new contract going forward. Sisu decide not to sign. Now we are back to square one again.

Again, how can you sign a license for something with somebody when they don't actually own it then?

Haven't read the whole thread but it seems Ashley has the club/sisu overva barrel and is now rogering them into submission, so many cunts involved with this club.

Said the same when the club were paying shit loads over the odds with keep ACL afloat.

A hefty part of an agreement is the length. It isn't the same agreement if it is for 6 months when the other was originally 10 years.

Re read the fg statement Nick. It clearly states that a contract mirroring the existing was offered. CCFC must have raised additional things they wanted, hence the next part of fg statement.

You say the deal is the same as before does that mean CCFC are expected to give up any claim to money they have paid to keep the games on outside of their lease agreement.

Where are the Football League in all of this?
WTF aren't they getting involved and seeking some kind of assurances. They are completely toothless.

If only we could find someone with enough resources to build our own stadium.

Wouldn't it be lovely to just say, fuck the lot of you, we're off. Good luck with filling your shithole, white elephant arena.

Can but dream.

It depends on the word play of "terms".

Again, how can a license be signed with somebody who doesn't own something?

Don't worry. As recently as May 2013 Tim Fisher said that he would be signing a deal to purchase land for the new stadium in 'about 3 weeks', so your wait will be over soon.

I think a lot of people here are getting confused. The originally contract offered was the same. Sisu decided not to sign. Ashley offered new contact but short term basis.
