With the appointment of the new top class manager we should all rethink our position.
How about we all get behind the team as if nothing has happened?
It's all in the past and we can't change it.
Get down to the Ricoh as if SISU are the ideal club owners.
We have a top class manager and it's onwards and upwards.

If it goes tits up we can start the protests but at the moment lets give it 100%.

So your saying forget 7 years of asset stripping, moving the club out the city which affected local businesses/ families, 7 years of constant lies and bullshit, refusing to listen to the customer, refusing to open dialogue in a sensible manner and not bullyboy tactics, refusing to build a team capable of promotion to league one or offer significant funding when players were identified in the championship era which would of took us to the next level....

Constant threats made, litigations, court cases, debts piling up against the club, management fees paid to bafoons, stadium talk to keep the fans on board which is pure bullshit but some simpletons still believe not many but some.

Always support the team yes, but Sisu... honestly?

All because we have signed a manager with a good track record but has not managed us for half a dozen games yet... have you lost your marbles?

Did that when we came back to coventry, against all common sense, despite having it proved to me that sisu don't have the football clubs best interests at heart decided to put it behind me, get behind the team and give them one more shot. Almost immediately we were met with more lies, more spin, more bullshit, more litigation, the continuing erosion of the clubs assets, more short term loans and short term contracts that will lead us to having to replace almost the entire squad in the summer. Continuing nonsense about building a new stadium and a half assed attempt that they had no intention of succeeding in buying half the ricoh. But yeah lets put it behind us again, they've obviously changed, what could go wrong Fisher and Waggot have clearly learnt from their mistakes, after all haven't we just signed a decent goalkeeper on a 2 year contract? oh no silly me it's another 3 month striker.

For me sisu are not the problem, it is the two with their hands on the tiller Fisher and Waggot or should it be Waggot and Fisher, running the show. They are not fit for purpose, provern failures here and provern failures at Charlton Athletic. We need a new direction and new hands steering the ship.

Ownership should never come inbetween the passion and support of your club.
Back the boys,we have no idea how long Sisu will be here.

The appointment of Mowbray has been called a statement of intent by the owners. If that is true and they are finally going to invest their way back to profit then I am sure that if the team play attractive football their will be a groundswell of support. The one thing about the appointment is he will not stand for any shit so if a few porkies have been told in the process of securing a quick fix I can see Mr Mowbray leaving in the summer. So SISU and Joy its over to you, do you have the balls for the fight? PUSB

You always support the team and we have mainly despite some horrendous times and the shit regarding Northampton. Tony Mowbray will get bags of support and backing from us fans but will he behind the scenes from Waggot and Fisher ? Which is why protest against those two should carry on, don't trust either to be honest.

I dont see how changing the manager will change the attitude of the owners.

They will still:

Underfund the squad.
Talk BS about a new ground.
Take someone to court every 5 mins.

SISU are still here, so our problems will still remain.

Its like swapping taxi drivers on a clapped out banger of a taxi. Its still buggered.

We still on the journey with SISU and this is the problem.

Agree with this post, treat club our football club as a football club not a loss leader for a failed corporate raid and I will be back and would have no problem buying a season ticket again .

I get what you saying and do sort of agree BUT we going through this razzmatazz again like we did with the return to the Ricoh till Fisher opens his big mouth and we were back to square one.

That's why I am not as excited as many here ... Just waiting for him to come on and pisses on the party.

Once bitten twice shy .. That's me!!

Fisher(The Devil) says to ccfc fan....Three doors over ther, you MUST chose one to go in and stay. First door opens and another CCFC fan is stood there up to his neck in s**t....Second door is opened and another CCFC fan is stood there up to his waist in s**t. Third door is opened and another CCFC fan is stood there with s**t up to his knees and drinking a cup of tea......The fan says "No contest", I'll take door number three. At that moment Fisher says "Tea break over door number three, back on your head.

Some credit is due here. The club have improved off field somewhat with book balancing, academy, investment in the team more than many in this league, brought us back to the Ricoh for the present at least and fired the last manager in agreement with the fans replacing him with what arguably seems a top notch appointment at our level. You could take the view they are rightfully continuing legal avenues over the false flag sale of the Ricoh to WASP.
Its not all roses in the garden under SISU but ignoring the new stadium nonsense for a moment they deserve some credit. Let's hope they back the new manager to achieve some much needed targets, namely promotion.

Nice one just makes a change for a poster to focus on what we should ALL focus on, the manager & the team regardless of owners, councils, stadium operators & car park owners. PUSB!

Agree with OP, back the fecking team.

Not a fan of SISU but again they have listened to the fans (despte all of the comments)
1) Keep SP because we are playing great football - He signs a 4 years deal
2) sack him beacuse he is rubbish - they sack him
3) Sign a decent manager - They do that.

Its easy to fire bullets from behind your PC and state that you support the team but actions speak loudest. Get up and follow them or actively protest (at least that is doing something!)

Agreed, lets stop the in fighting. We need to get behind him, the team and the coaching staff.

They are not the enemy.

Yes I am.
It's water under the bridge and it can't be recovered.
We still want them out and they will never be forgiven for taking us to Northampton.
But at what point of them starting to do things properly do we start to work with them for the sake of the football team.

I agree we need to see value for money so if the team play as I believe they should, we start winning and moving up the league would you reconsider ?
As I said reset, support the team, at least at home, assume SISU have come good and lets see what happens.
If it doesn't happen then you can carry on, but hey, lets give it a push and see how far it goes !!

However, I Just wish they would drop the JR and talk of a new stadium and perhaps it would take the thoughts that I'm wasting my time from the back of my mind.

Yep, lets give it a go and see what happens.
Effectively a vote of confidence that SISU have started to the right thing.
Who knows what they might even stop their silly stadium talk and JR appeal.

Yeah totally agreed lets back them with all the passion and pride we know we can. To many managers have spoken about our fans now it's time for us to step back up last 14 games. Season tickets for the remainder are available still so lets pack out the ricoh and the away games. Last chance saloon for sisu give them these 14 games. If the summer proves to be same old horse shit then fine go back to NOPM no arguments but these 14 games are massive now. I sense there's a change in the wind from our owners you might just be pleasantly surprised

Yes because the 7000 fans would be allocated over 5 tickets each....

Anyway a quick fix around that flaw, just buy a JSB membership, bingo, sorted, viola

That'd be giving money to SISU though, wouldn't it? NOPM doesn't allow for such things.
