Would love to see DKE evolve into that RWB role and want to see the Gadzhev we saw in preseason ,hopefully when Thomas is fit he gives us another option up top but if you consider the players missing from that eleven

Burge, DKE ,Ricketts,Harries,Haynes ,Stevenson ,Ghadzev ,Spence,Lawton ,Reid,Lamieras ,Thomas then we aren't that far off a decent squad

You could drop Harris for Stokes and bring the lad on loan from West Ham in. Willis at RB with Ricketts in. Vlad for Stevenson and many more with spence, Reid etc. to come on. IF this squad can stay fit we should start picking up wins very soon.

Also , take a moment and look at the age of this squad .If anyone is in any doubt of what Mowbray is doing long term then it is evident in this thread .

I want to see Mowbray here for as long as he wants to be here to follow this through , the tide is turning , yes it is slow going but we are progressing in the right direction

Hmmm, i wouldn't say "everyone is fit" Jones and Sordell need match fittness and should be looked after for the long term of the season, as i'm convinced Sordell WILL come good.

And seeing Jones he , to me , isn't a winger he's more a Ross Barkley , Wilshere type who likes to pick up the ball and run at a defence .Can see him playing behind the front two when the team settles down in a free role

Dunno about that martin, TM seems pretty fixed on 3-4-3 for the time being, if he were to change to 4231 i would agree

Willis aint no right back for a start, I'd drop gadzhev too, stokes is out medium term too.

I was thinking more 3 -4 - 1 - 2 , same basic shape with an attacking midfielder "in the hole" instead of a front three

Having seen Sordell he would be wasted out wide in a front three but looks like he is a clever enough player to play up top in a two .Him and Agyei with Jones or Gadzhev in a 10 role would suit the formation , like others have said playing a front three with wingers makes no sense if you are playing wing backs

Willis has arguably been our best centre half so it doesn't make any sense to move him .Its almost as stupid as the comments I've read on here about trying to turn Harries into a central midfielder

Haha, nah, actually the opposite as a kid, the cardboard box was king to everything, spaceship, castle, etc.
I'ts what i do at the moment, help kids to find adventure in everything plastic bottles, scissors, cardboard, imagination runs riot, can only be good for the kids.
I was being realistic when dropping certain members as they can't play, but didn't realise you were going from the OP remit.

For once we actually have proper wingers I would go back to basics. I'm also struggling to see Jones and Reid scorim 10 between them so we really need to play 2 up top.

I'm still not overly convinced by Vlad so one of rose or Stevenson could be interchangeable with him. Willis not a rightback but can do a job there.
