Here we go jr2. Can't we just put it all to bed. We got a trial we got a result. This all over a year ago. Let's all just drop it and move on to the new season ....you know the football bit.

Most people want the truth out about what really happened. And this is because we might not know something important. But everything we have seen for ourselves tells me the odds are that it will be like the first one.

So what is your reason?

Much like yours . JR2 should bring out more of the dealings behind the WASPs transaction and put an end to the who said what to whom.

Then move on

As Bob Monkhouse said:

"They all laughed when I said I'd be a comedian,,,,".

"They're not laughing now"

On one thing we agree on is let JR2 be heard - but we may have different reasons for it

I was being sarcastic about JR2. Hence the reference to taking on Wasps in court at the same time as negotiating a deal with them. Personally I'd tell us to FO but I suspect it will be a take it or leave it deal we will have to take.

People on here are clutching at straws.
They are hoping Sisu eventually win. They are hoping that somehow Wasps will loose the Ricoh because of it.
They are hoping that CCFC will be given the Ricoh because of it.
Realistic people are pissed off with it all as its destroying our club.
A lot can see how Sisu battle is effecting the team and its financing.
A lot of people have left because of it.
Just which Sisu would move on about this and people on her would get off their coat tales.

If the result of JR2 reveals that SISU were inhibited by actions of CCC would your views change?

However that is not the point - we all want ALL the truth released and then move on

If only Sisu thought the same it would save CCFC a lot of money.

I take it you agree that it is the same bores that keep having a go at CCC then?

I know both parties are prevalent and have fingerprints on nearly everything about us, but it does serve to ruin things when someone needlessly crowbars in a reference to SISU or the council as you may as well place diversion signs all over the thread and get the bingo cards out.

They won't.
If you were CCC how would you have handled it?
Everybody with any common sense knows now that ACL would have been vulnerable when Sisu withheld the rent . Sisu certainly knew this. ACL held out by the refinancing so Sisu stepped it up by moving the club believing CCFC were the stadiums only clients.
The JR1 result as it stands understands this.
Looking back CCC / ACL should have tried to help the club by allowing a renegotiation of the rent even though it was the club that set the criteria when the PL was "imminent".

So what is unacceptable?
Is it someone who shouts out shit when the opposition score or we miss a sitter, is it the guy next to you who won't join in on the Mexican wave?
So what is acceptable to one person is not to another.
Come on we are already struggling to get fans through the door now they want to ban even more from going.

The stewards will decide, same as they did anyway; this just lets people highlight things they may otherwise miss.

This text number doesn't give you the ability to have people thrown out for annoying you.

no it makes it easier to report trouble, probably like the knob in the family zone teaching his kid to shout the c bomb. Or the guy who was drunk in there having a domestic.

I doubt if you text they will get kicked straight out, it's just to report isn't it? I assume it will be acted on accordingly.

Think it's a good idea to be honest.

I worry a little that the hi-viz boys will take the texters word as gospel though.....after all, in their eyes it will be the texter who is the concerned & responsible citizen.....even if they turn out just to be a moaning old cock-faced c**t with an intolerance to banter......

which brings me to my next fucking point.....I'm a bit of a potty mouth....is there a specific twatting definition of "foul & abusive".....

I personally find fat smelly people stuffing their faces whilst dripping sweat into their full fat cola far more offensive than someone shouting "shoot for fucks sake you beardy cunty-chops " at JOB....

in summary.....shitty piss flaps.

Some of us aren't quite so scary

However, tbh swearing etc doesn't really bother me, it's only the true mentalists that would be an issue... and they tend to get noticed by more than me anyway!
